Terms of Service

  • Please consider that as I have a queue, I need to take my time and work on my own pace to ensure quality and clear communication between myself and the client.

  • The usual turn over time per commission order may range from 2 weeks up to 3 months depending on the complexity and current commission batch.

    • The usual factors that affect the turn over time are the quality checking, timezone differences and revisions throughout the duration of creating the commission​

  • Queue may be viewed here. 

  • I maintain the right to post my work in any form as well as the right to stream commissions on my social media accounts

    • Please let me know beforehand if you'd like me to keep it under wraps, for debut/surprise purposes. ​

    • Usually, when I do post vtuber-related wips, it's partial and I do not tag the client in question.

  • You will be required to send at least 50% of the payment upfront, and pay the remaining before receiving the final file, or pay the full amount before I start

  • For whatever type of commission you have

    • DO NOT REMOVE THE WATERMARK -You must not remove, obscure, crop the watermark, or hide the fact that it is my work in any way.

    • For Vtubers/PNGtubers, you are required to indicate that I am your model artist/mama on at least any of your socials (twitter/youtube/facebook/twitch,etc.)

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork with blockchains ,non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

  • I will never give permission for my art to be used for training AI generation programs, or to be used with machine learning models.

  • I have the right to decline your project.

REGARDING REFERENCES

  • Please, before proceeding with a commission, do your best to prepare a design doc/pdf detailing what you want in your commission. It will seriously help in the long run.

  • It is okay to send moodboards/image compilations accompanying written references

  • If you are only able to provide a written reference without any sort of visuals, you will be charged a base rate of 5$, which may go up depending on the complexity of the written reference.

REVISIONS​

  • Client may have up to 5 free revisions from the sketching phase, after the design and colors are approved, all minor and or major alterations will be charged accordingly. 

  • The revision fee will start at 10$ but may increase depending on what needs to be revised.

    • What counts as a revision?

      • Change in the overall composition of the approved work. ​

      • Change/Adjustment in color/saturation/light etc., during the rendering stage of the approved work

      • Additional details added any time after the lineart stage.

      • Additional assets and or details that were not mentioned during the sketching phase.

      • Pose Alterations and etc

    • Considerations can be made throughout the process though, as long as they're minor

  • Clients may request for progress with your commission; however they will be sent at lower resolution to avoid any incidents and or accidents. 

    • REVISIONS FOR LIVE2D MODELS​

      • Terms in revisions will also be applied here, however they may be charged per layer, as they are much more effort-intensive in terms of revision (since they are cut into several parts)​

PAYMENT

  • Payments will be accepted via Paypal, WISE (PLEASE SEND IN USD CURRENCY ONLY) or Philippine Bank Deposit

  • ​

WAITLIST

  • You may formally reserve a waitlist slot upon depositing 50% of your commission total.

  • Being in the waitlist means your commission will be worked on first once I've officially started working on the commission batch.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS

  • All rates stated are the base price for personal usage, for commercial usage such as streaming in public and or private sessions will be asked and will be charged accordingly to the commissioner’s usage.

  • The lowest offer will begin at 2.5x the original price of the type of commission chosen.

  • Commercial commission usage covers works used for monetization and merchandise (physical/digital items)

  • COMMISSION TYPES THAT ALREADY INCLUDE THE COMMERCIAL USAGE​​

    • Live2D Model

    • Streaming PNG

    • Character Design

    • Emotes

COMMISSION FILE INCLUSIONS (Applicable to Tier 1 and Tier2 )

  • Hi-res PNG

  • Solid bg color is okay upon request.

ON REFUNDS

  • The only time I will refund is if I haven't started the commission.

  • To lessen the hassle on both parties, please be absolutely sure on placing a commission.

LIVE2D COMMISSIONS

  • This commission is considered commercial, regardless of what the client will do with it

  • The model will be prepped by following the guide from the Live 2D Manual.

  • The inclusions of the commission will contain the PSD and a PNG version of the illustration

  • The client is not allowed to alter the model itself.

  • Mecha

  • Complex backgrounds


  • By taking a commission with me, you state that you have read and agree to all those conditions stated above
